Scope & Intent
Every query to search indices and database partitions must include tenant identifier filtering with row-level security enforcement.
Acceptance Criteria (3)
The original work item and its traceable acceptance criteria.
The exact commit SHA or pull request branch where it was built.
Which tests executed, on which commit, and the result of each.
Test reports, logs, and screenshots, each recorded with its SHA-256 hash.
Who approved the change and authorized the test run, with timestamps.
A cryptographic root hash over all contents. Any subsequent alteration breaks the seal visibly.
Accept or Request changes, recorded with stakeholder identity, organization, and timestamp.
You share one link. Your client opens it on any device (phone, tablet, desktop), reviews the evidence, and chooses Accept or Request changes. They never see your internal work items or QA test records.
